Abstract: This study examines how AI-based NLP solutions can improve how businesses communicate in real-time with each other across an organization. The effectiveness of communication is essential for companies’ ability to make decisions, produce results, innovate, and digitally transform their operations. When businesses fail to communicate properly, they experience problems such as miscommunications, linguistic differences, delays, and inefficiencies, all of which hurt their performance, employee morale, and ultimately their competitive edge. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and develop a suite of AI-NLP tools that will allow teams to communicate with each other more quickly, clearly, and efficiently
through the use of natural language inputs. The study uses case studies, prototype systems, and real-world data collection to demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and operational performance. The study also addresses several challenges associated with the use of AI-NLP tools, such as
issues related to data privacy, context, and user adoption. Overall, the study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the integration of AI into organizational communication, providing businesses with actionable information as they transition to AI-driven workflows.
