Abstract: In recent years, sustainable project management practices have become increasingly important. Sustainability indicators are key tools for guiding construction projects toward their sustainability objectives. This study aims to identify and prioritize the most crucial sustainability indicators that contribute to sustainable construction projects, taking into account the perspectives of various construction project stakeholders. To achieve this goal, a research design was used, which involved a questionnaire survey to assess the views of construction sector stakeholders on the use of sustainability indicators to achieve sustainability goals in their projects. The structured questionnaire included 82 pre-identified indicators, drawn from relevant literature and expert input. Data analysis employed the relative importance index approach, commonly utilized for similar purposes in the literature. The results indicated that environmental indicators were the most significant. These findings offer valuable insights for practitioners looking to enhance sustainability in the construction sector by focusing on, implementing, and monitoring the most impactful indicators.
