Abstract: The rise of artificial intelligence is driving leaders in organizations to change their perspective, which requires a rethinking of human resource management dimensions and poses challeng-es for employers and employees. The paper examines how Artificial Intelligence contributes to sustainable employer-employee relationships in human resource management. In a hybrid corporate reality, where human-machine interactions can be identified, neither the machine nor the human factor can be excluded if we want to understand real-life dilemmas. In our ex-ploratory research, sustainability can be understood as a win-win situation between employ-er and employee, which lays the foundations for successful cooperation in the future for both parties. This study analyzes HR and AI-focused research, how they contribute, and in what field they are focused. With the requirement of sustainability, our goal is to recognize areas where AI can contribute to improving HRM processes. In this research, we examined 75 papers published between 2002 and 2024, which resulted from a search for HR and AI keywords in the Web of Science database. Based on our literature research and keyword density analysis, after deter-mining the research gap, our goal is to map possible research areas. By focusing on the role of AI in human resource management, we highlight how AI can contribute to the sustainability of the employer-employee relationship.
